The Northern Cass Community Health & Wellness Center
The Concept
The Northern Cass Community Health and Wellness Center concept was created in 2022 through a partnership with Essentia Health. The center will be dedicated to improving the health and-wellbeing of the members of the Northern Cass communities through the promotion of health, education, workforce training, and connection through the operation of a community health and wellness center.
Our Mission
Ensuring people of all ages can stay healthy and well is a priority in our communities. We know people want to be able to “age-in-place” at their own homes, parents want access to services to enhance the lives of their children, and people want to access services closer to their homes.
Our Vision
At the heart of our vision is a thriving and united community, where individuals of all ages have the power to lead healthy, fulfilled lives on their own terms We envision a future where staying well and embracing wellness is not only a priority but an accessible reality for everyone. Through the combined efforts of compassionate donors, dedicated partners, and engaged community members, we are on a journey to bring this vision to life.
